EU Mandatory Requirement
The new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) officially came into effect on December 13, 2024, replacing the previous General Product Safety Directive (GPSD). Under GPSR, product labels must include information of the responsible person within the EU, and the Authorized Representative must assume the responsibility for continued product compliance.
