Additionally, you confirm that the products utilizing this service comply with all applicable EU regulations, including but not limited to:

• EU-type approval & E-mark testing

• REACH registration

• RoHS certification

• CE certification & testing evaluation report

Important Notice:
The product name and relevant compliance documentation must be provided to EU-Regulus GmbH as part of the contractual agreement. If the selected product(s) do not match those listed in the contract, the contract will be deemed invalid. In such cases, EU-Regulus GmbH reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without refund.
